📐 Estimator

- Vendor Coordination: Source pricing from suppliers and ensure material availability aligns with project timelines
- Proposal Development: Draft and present detailed bids or quotes tailored to multi-family and commercial flooring projects
- Client Communication: Clarify scope, answer questions, and adjust estimates based on feedback or changes
- Jobsite Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and installation crews to align estimates with field realities
- Budget Tracking: Monitor actual costs against estimates to support future pricing accuracy and cost control
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and vendor quotes for compliance and reference
🚚 Warehouse Team Member
- Material Handling: Receive, organize, and stage flooring products, adhesives, and supplies for daily jobsite deliveries
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with restocking to ensure material availability
- Fleet Support: Load and unload trucks, trailers, and utility vehicles safely and efficiently
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and verify outbound shipments based on project schedules and crew needs
- Facility Maintenance: Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Team Coordination: Communicate with estimators, installers, and drivers to support smooth operations
- Rapid Response: Assist with urgent material requests and last-minute jobsite needs to minimize downtime
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, deliveries, and returns

- Project Oversight: Lead flooring projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, updates, and scope adjustments
- Crew Management: Schedule and supervise installation teams, ensuring efficient workflow and jobsite readiness
- Material Planning: Coordinate with warehouse and estimators to ensure timely delivery and availability of flooring products
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and verify installation meets company standards and client expectations
- Problem Solving: Address jobsite challenges, resolve delays, and adapt plans to keep projects on track
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of schedules, change orders, and project milestones
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work adheres to local codes and company policies
🗂️ Office Operations & Management
- Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day office functions, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications
- Client Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and prompt follow-up
- Project Coordination: Assist estimators and project managers with paperwork, timelines, and jobsite logistics
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare accurate invoices, track payments, and support financial reporting
- Vendor & Crew Communication: Relay updates between warehouse, field teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Compliance & Records: Maintain organized files for contracts, insurance, and regulatory documentation
- Office Systems Management: Oversee software tools, calendars, and digital workflows to keep the team aligned
